Prevent, Protect, Prevail - Free Cancer Screening camp held on Saturday, 5 Sep 26
In a continuous effort to provide accessible healthcare to underserved communities, the Master Vihaan Foundation organized a comprehensive free cancer and health screening camp on Saturday, September 5, 2026, in Srirampura, Bangalore.
The initiative was held specifically for the members of the Swathi Mahila Sangha, building upon the success of the foundation's previous healthcare camps for the group.
To ensure high-quality medical care, the foundation partnered with a dedicated team of doctors and nursing staff from Vydehi Hospital, who volunteered their expertise and time to conduct the screenings.
The camp offered a vital range of medical checks aimed at early detection and general wellness:
• Universal Screenings (All Participants): Oral cancer screening, HIV testing, blood sugar monitoring, and blood pressure (BP) checks.
• Specialized Women’s Screenings: Advanced breast cancer and cervical cancer screenings.
"Early detection is our greatest weapon against cancer, especially in communities where healthcare accessibility is a challenge," said a representative from the Master Vihaan Foundation. "By continuing our partnership with Swathi Mahila Sangha and Vydehi Hospital, we aim to bridge this gap and save lives through timely intervention."
The event saw a strong turnout, equipping vulnerable individuals with essential health insights and necessary medical guidance for follow-up care.
