On Saturday, 16th August 2025, the Master Vihaan Foundation organized a comprehensive free health camp aimed at providing crucial medical services to the community. This event took place at the Rajaji Nagar Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Bangalore. The camp was meticulously designed to offer a wide range of essential health screenings, including cancer screening, HIV testing, tuberculosis (TB) testing, hemoglobin (HB) assessments, and eye examinations.

Throughout the day, our dedicated team successfully screened over 100 patients, conducting an impressive total of 500 different tests. This initiative was particularly impactful for the local community, as the majority of the beneficiaries were women hailing from underprivileged backgrounds, who often face barriers in accessing quality healthcare services. By targeting this demographic, the Master Vihaan Foundation aimed to bridge the healthcare gap and empower these women with vital health information and resources.

The event was made possible through a collaborative partnership with the Swathi Mahila Sangha, an organization committed to uplifting women in the region. The collaboration underscored the importance of community engagement in health initiatives, fostering a supportive environment for women to seek medical attention without stigma or fear.

Cancer screenings were a focal point of the camp, with specialized tests for cervical, breast, and oral cancers being conducted by a skilled team of doctors from our esteemed hospital partners, the Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences. The presence of these professionals was vital in reassuring participants about the importance of early detection and treatment.

In addition to cancer screenings, eye checkups were conducted by our NGO partner, NAADA World Welfare Trust. The eye examinations provided participants with critical insights into their vision health, with many individuals receiving glasses at concessional price Such services are often overlooked in health camps, making this collaboration particularly significant.

Participants left the camp equipped with knowledge about their health status and the next steps they should take, fostering a sense of empowerment and responsibility towards their own health.

In conclusion, the Master Vihaan Foundation's health camp on 16th August 2025 was a significant step towards enhancing healthcare accessibility for underprivileged women in Bangalore. Through collaborative efforts with local organizations and healthcare providers, the event not only offered essential health services but also promoted community awareness and education regarding critical health issues. The foundation remains committed to continuing such initiatives to ensure that health equity is achieved in every corner of the community.
